The interior surface of this pacaking is made of various papers or composites. The outer surface may be coiled or laminated with a label printed in offset technique. The packaging can be one-piece, two-piece or three-pieces. The outer wrapping label is printed offset, lacquered or coated. Finishing is possible in partial UV lacquer, gold printing, etc. The packaging is done in cardboard boxes on pallets.
Beacuse sealing is done in many ways, this packaging is classified into several classes:

Cardboard dose

One-piece container closed below with a fixed-edged metal bottom, closed with a metal lid on top. The outer surface is spiral coiled or lined in parallel with a wrapping label. We produce them in the following internal diameters: fi 64, 80, 99 mm.

Sealed tube with PE or metal cover-one-piece container

Sealed below with cardboard edges, inserted and glued cardboard bottom, sealed above with PE or metal lid. The outer surface is spiral wrapped or lined in parallel with a wrapping label. We produce them in the following internal diameters: fi 64, 80, 99 mm – sheet metal, 56, 60, 64,77, 80, 99, 120, 140 mm – PE cover.

Two piece dose

The packaging is made of two parts that telescopically fit with each other. Each part is closed on one side. The closure can be done with metal, cardboard edging or PE covers. The outer surface of the dose is spiral wrapped or labeled in parallel with a wrapper label. Cardboard disks can be lined externally with a label of the same quality as the envelope label We produce them in the following internal diameters: fi 64, 80, 99 mm – metal closure, fi 55/58, 60/62, 64/67, 67/70, 77 / 80, 99/102, 102 / 105,120 / 123, 151/154 mm – cardboard closure.

Three piece dose

The packaging is made of outer coat and inner connecting neck. The outer coat is divided into the bottom part and the top – the cover. The bottom part of the coat is glued to the connecting neck. The top of the outer coat is detachable. The closure can be done with metal, cardboard edging or PE covers. Cardboard disks may be lined externally with a label of the same quality as the wrapping label. The outer surface of the dose is spiral wrapped or lined in parallel with a wrapper label. We produce them in the following internal diameters: fi 55/58, 60/62, 64/67, 67/70, 77/80, 99/102, 102 / 105,120 / 123, 151/154 mm – cardboard closure.
