CORES FOR STRECH FOIL

These are cardboard cores made for the purpose of winding or folding strech foils of different qualities. The cores are made at the request of the customer in various materials to achieve the required mechanical properties that prevent deformation of the core after winding. The cores are cylindrical, dried to a stable desired weight for optimum production results. The core cut is smooth and dust free. The cores can be printed out or inside for traceability or for commercial reasons.
The packaging is done in the form of a pallet stack. The cores are dried to a stable moisture level and thus loaded vertically onto pallet trays. This mode also allows pallets to be loaded 4 times in height without any adverse effects on the product. The pallet is heavily wrapped with strech foil. We can also protect the edges of the stack on special request. This ensures a stable core quality without the influence of external factors.
